I understand that participation in wrestling and related training activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, contact with other participants, falls, and other unforeseen risks associated with athletic participation.

By allowing my child to participate in Roughneck Wrestling Club Detroit, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in practices, camps, clinics, competitions, and related activities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Roughneck Wrestling Club Detroit, its coaches, staff, volunteers, and affiliated facilities from any claims or liability arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and fully understand its terms and implications.
